Application for April 2010 Teachers Examination (LET)
The Professional Regulation Commission Baguio Regional Office is now accepting applications for the April 18, 2010 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) until the deadline on February 12, 2010.
The Requirements are:
1. Original and photocopy of Transcript of Records with scanned picture and remarks, “For Board Examination Purposes”;
2. Original and photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by the NSO in security paper. Submit a copy of Birth Certificate from Local Civil Registrar if NSO copy is illegible;
3. Original and photocopy of Marriage Certificate issued by the NSO in security paper. Submit a copy from Local Civil Registrar if NSO copy is illegible (for married female applicants);
4. Four (4) pcs. recent passport-size colored pictures in plain white background with complete nametag;
5. Current Community Tax Certificate (Cedula);
6. Two (2) pcs. window envelopes with postage stamps worth Php9.00; and
7. Examination fee of P900.
Those unable to take the LET last October 4, 2009 can take the exam in April 2010 without paying the examination fee provided that they re-file their applications. No need to re-submit the abovementioned requirements but to present Official Receipt and Notice of Admission. A Special Lane will be opened for the October 2009 applicants. Applicants MUST APPLY PERSONALLY at the PRC Baguio Office or at the PRC La Union Satellite Office at DOLE-ROI, Ground Floor, Arnel Building, Catbangen, San Fernando City, La Union, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Examinees are encouraged to apply this early to avoid overcrowding. NO extension of deadline.

Question lang po. Kasi tumawag ako sa PRC sabi ‘yong mga hindi nakapagtake noong september 2009 dahil sa ondoy ay kailangang magfile ulit. Meaning lahat ng requirements ipapasa ulit (e.g. TOR, pictures, NSO). Grabe naman pati din ba sila nabaha? Inabot ba hgangang sa 3rd floor ang tubig sa PRC? Hindi mo tlga maintindihan ang mga taga-PRC parang hindi nila alam ang sasabihin nila. Inconsistent minsan. Kayat ang tanong ko – do I have to submit again everything or just present the admission letter and the receipt? At do u know someone from PRC na maayos kausap? Can we have his/her number? thanks!!!
according s nbasa q, you will not pass all the requirements anymore… just show your receipt to prove that you already paid the examination fee of P900.00…….. un po ung pgkkaalam ko ah!!!!

hi! nabasa mo ba ung bulliten ng prc about it? u don't need to pay anything f na ka pag file ka na. kailangan lang dalhin mo ung papers o ung dapat ipakita to take the exam to certify that u already filed sa center wer u want to take.

sakura, ung scanned picture is ung picture mo na illgay sa TOR kailangan nka scan xa. In our school nkascan na tlga un pic nun bngay un TOR. pero ung TOR for employment picture tlag un nkapaste……

For those taking the LET, you may want to join MindGym's intensive coaching for LET. MindGym's a new learning center at Quezon City. hay bakit kasi hindi ko nalaman ang last filling hindi tuloy ako nakapag file pwede niyo po e extend maawa naman niyo po kayo sa akin give me chance to take the licensure examination for teacher.
